Neglected beach house becomes adored Craftsman.

When first discovered, this 'track' house still wore its first coat of paint. Neglect was obvious in every aspect. However, the location, lot and bones were too good to pass over. Lovingly and meticulously, Lance and his former partner, Kelly Marine Brown, tackled every element. Their efforts transformed what some would consider blight, into a warm and inviting Craftsman-style home resplendent with delightful details.
